Blind RPG

A simple, fast rpg in the style of Dave Arneson. Or Apocalypse World, if you prefer.

I assume you'll use it for one shots, but here are some ideas for character progression if you want it:

Player characters begin only being able to take 2 damage. For every adventure or quest they complete, they can take 1 more damage.

Likewise, every major milestone, they get +1 to rolls their class should be good at. Every other milestone, they get +1 to rolls their species/race should be good at.

Instead of narrative milestones or quests completed, instead use treasure recovered; 1000 gold coins or their equivalent should suffice.
